Bronze Package
Do you have the task of decorating a blank canvas? Would you rather be having some ‘me time’ and getting ready for your event instead of moving tables, hanging bunting and lighting candles? Embie events will be there before your guest’s arrival to set up your venue using the decorations and suppliers you have provided. We will give you that wow-factor. Next time you walk into your venue, your dream will be a reality.

Silver Package
Our silver package will help you with the planning of your wedding, we will complete the research needed and find you the perfect vendors. We will create you a timeline, checklist and help with the designing. We will be there for support; any questions you have we will only be a phone call away.

Consultation 
A meeting, face to face or via online video to discuss your ideas and vision (Consultation) we will discuss budgets, venues, mood boards, colour schemes, entertainment, photography, and more to make your vision a reality.
Research of Suppliers 
We will correspond with suppliers, venues, and entertainers on your behalf. We will provide you with different options and their prices for you to book.
Design 
Designing and colour schemes are a very important part of your event. This is what your guests will see, this is what provides that WOW-factor that we are all looking for. We will work with vendors to make sure your decorations all match each other and are exactly as you imagined.
Catering 
Are you providing any food for your guests? We will do your research on caterers and their options ready for you to book them.
Timeline 
We will create an effective timeline and schedule for your event. This will include check lists, payment schedules for your suppliers, the preparation days before, the day of your event. This will also including how to set up and who to expect at what times, right to the cleaning up.
Guide With Invitations 
Invitations can be complicated. Who do you send them to? When do you send them? How do you send them? What information do you include on them? What should they look like? How do people RSVP? Don’t worry, we will guide you on them and help with any questions you have.


Gold Package
Our gold package will look after your Wedding from start to finish. We will take away the endless lists, emails, and the questions from the suppliers and we will replace it with cake tasting, dress shopping and the fun things! We will make sure your wedding is the luxury day you have always dreamt of.

Party Favours and Table Decor  
Would you like your guests to take something home with them? We will look into this and make sure they get the best favour according to your budget.
Designing 
Designing and colour schemes are a very important part of your event. This is what your guests will see. We will work with vendors to make sure your cake, decorations, and chair covers etc all match each other and are exactly as you imagined.
Ordering 
Embie Events will place all orders with vendors and suppliers, we will make sure everything arrives at the correct time to the correct place.
Catering 
Are you providing any food for your guests? We will do your research on caterers and their options. We will book food tasting to suit your schedule.
Write and Send Invitations 
Writing and sending invitations is not an easy Job, what should they look like? How do you send them? How do people RSVP? How do you keep track of people who said yes and who said no? Don’t worry, all you need to do is provide us with a list of contacts and we will do the rest.
Timeline of Your Event 
We will create an effective timeline and schedule for your event, this will include the preparation days before and the day of your event, including how to set up and who to expect at what times right to the cleaning up. You won’t need to do anything with this information as we have it under control, but it will but good for you to know what is happening and at what time.
Setting Up Your Venue 
We will complete the setting-up, decorating and ensure the fine details at the venue are exactly as you envisioned. We will re arrange the furniture, tables, and layout.
Attendance On The Day 
We’ll be there on your wedding day for up to 12 hours, to deal with any arrivals/queries from suppliers or guests. We'll make sure your wedding runs smoothly and to schedule whilst your guests have a fantastic time and that you're worry-free, able to relax and enjoy hosting your perfect celebration.
In addition to managing the other suppliers and ensuring things run to time, our clients often ask us to do jobs like putting out garden games, filling up drink dispensers with water, setting up dessert tables, switching on fairy lights, lighting candles, setting up and moving furniture, managing background music, making announcements, slicing up cake... the list is endless!
We’re super proactive and if we see a job that needs doing, we'll get straight on it!

Accommodation and Flights 
Are you or any of your guests coming from abroad? We will book their flights and accommodation to make sure they get to your event in style.
Meet and Greet 
If you would like we can be stood by the door welcoming your guests to your wedding, thanking them for coming, checking their invitations, or ticking their name off ‘The List’.
Suitcase of Dreams 
We are ahead of the game! We will have an emergency kit with us on the day for when those little inconveniences happen. Hair out of place? Has a button come off a suit? Broken nail? Lost cufflinks?
Everything except the kitchen sink.
